Great experience

I had a brilliant experience with Column Rads, particularly Sarah who went above and beyond to get my order to me and make sure I was satisfied. Overall the rads were great, there were a few I wanted to exchange due to inevitable factory defaults and Sarah along with the guys at Erith depot helped me to do so quickly. I would recommend using this company again, lovely rads and at great prices.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I placed an order but confirmation and payment took so long to go through, I thought the transaction hadn't happened. I placed the order again later that day then both orders were processed and double the order was sent to me and charged to my account. Columnrads refused to pay my return postage even though the fault was at their end as their order processing was so slow. We had previously spent almost £3000 with them on other products. Awful awful company. Do not use.

Radiator arrived badly damaged

Radiator arrived badly damaged, our plumber thought it had been scratched and bent by a forklift. Column Rads refused to replace or refund.

Very poor customer service. Disappointing.

I ordered a raw metal radiator and a set of valves and when they were delivered I was very happy with the finish and quality of the product. I placed the valves next to the radiator and decided that I didn’t like the colour of the valves against the raw metal so I contacted Columnrads.co.uk to return the valves and swap for the same item but a different finish. Same value. They told me that I would have to return the whole package including the radiator as I had ordered both the radiator and valves as part of a package deal. Both valves and radiator were packaged separately so had obviously been picked as separate items. In my mind this returns policy is ridiculous and reflects very badly on the company and their aftercare. At this point the radiator was hung on the wall and I had waited for over a week for delivery so I asked them to reconsider the request but they were adamant that I couldn’t return just the valves. So I guess I’m going to have to buy another set of valves for ~£60. Shocking and surprising in this day and age. I’m tempted to bring this up with trading standards as I feel this may be infringing on my statutory rights.

I posted a review 16 07 21. Saying I was disappointed with the service I had received from columnrads. Since then they have been in touch and rectified the issue. So I am now very satisfied with the service received.

Brilliant and a great quality product…

Ordered my bespoke to column hammered volcanic radiator and valves. Was quite unsure of the spec of this item so called customer services a few times. The lady I spoke to was fantastic and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. Pleasant and I’m now considering purchasing my second radiator for the hallway from this company thank you very much for making this a painless and enjoyable process

Poor customer service

Would definitely not recommend, poor customer service. Ordered a vertical radiator, after waiting for 4weeks i tried to contact them to see where my order was. As i could get my response from e mails or over the phone, i put a resolution in to PayPal. The company then contacted me being very rude, telling me if i didnt remove the resolution they wouldn't send me order. Explained they needed to contact paypal and explain where the order was. So after about 5 weeks now they have cancelled my order, still with no contact. Absolutely disgusting,

Had to chase up my order as hadnt heard…

Had to chase up my order as hadnt heard a peep since i paid. Was expecting delivery on Tuesday 6th, got a call with a time much later than expected so they said they would deliver Wed 7th and i would be called 45mins in advance. I wasnt so missed delivery then got abuse from delivery driver who was also a liar. Chased the office to get this rectified but no call back from a manager at glasgow depot. Plumber still charged me and I have no radiators which they dont seem to care about so iv had to cancel my order and source elsewhere
