These guys are lifesavers, my tyre burst and RAC let me down for two days. One bloody tire, I had to take matters into my own hands and called Road buddy, they dealt with it in less than an hour. Should have called them right away but you know when you pay for a service like RAC you expect this level of professionalism and customer service. If you’re broken down and in need, call these guys.

I had a burst trye that was too badly damaged to use the repair kit on. I spoke to Road Buddy gave them the details and they were with me within about 45 minutes. 20 minutes after that the new tyre was fitted and I was able to drive home. Top service rom Road Buddy, would recommend.

Hit a pothole and burst a tyre late ona Sunday evening.Road buddy sourced the correct replacement & had it fitted within 90 minutes. Great service, will use the again. Recommended.

I had the worst experience with Road Buddy waiting for a mobile tyre fit. Poor customer service, I was told initially the waiting time was 60-90 min but ended up waiting for over 120min and the person over the phone was utterly rude. When the mechanic arrived he tighten one of the screws that I had to pay an extra £80 for someone to undue it few days later as I wanted to change both front tyres to match.
