I have a contract with them, and the least I can say is: stay away! It’s a complete scam. Their support takes a month to respond and gives evasive answers that don’t address your questions. Their service is extremely unprofessional. I signed a 25-year contract, paid for 20 months, and when I asked if I could terminate the contract earlier lie after the 2 first year (Establishment period) they told me I couldn’t until the end of the 25 years, and only if the contract performs well. Basically, I may never see any money back. They don't give any information or details, they always invite me to read my contract or contact my financial advisor whose are themselves seeing interest in me paying every month and so are untrustworthy as well. I deeply regret it and feel like I’ve wasted the first 1.8 years of my money (15000E) Their fees are outrageous: 1.58% per year of the invested amount. I sincerely regret signing with them.

Never joing platforms that are time Binding... If it is good i should not ask you for a contract like that. My executive sell it to me as a premium platform but is just a way for them to make money out of you. Research well due that there are easy to manage platforms for investment.

I like the reception and professional manner business has been conducted by RL360 so far. The agent I am dealing with is persistent and clearly explained the proposal to me.

I have had a terrible time trying to surrender my account with Royal360. I waited the required 25 years, I have lost a tonne of money and when it finally was time to surrender my account, it has been extremely difficult to do. The correspondence has been confusing, and unprofessional and has taken weeks and weeks! This should not have been my experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless they want to lose their money and have a terrible experience!

I've had a policy for about 7 years now and it never seems to grow in value. It is so disappointing that I now believe I could invest the money better myself saving commission and fees. I'm just hesitating because of the huge hit on the cash-in value.
