I asked my financial consultant to arrange for the surrender of my GQ global investment on the 11th of September 2024 and is the 20th of October now nearly 6 weeks and I still have not got my money and I'm in danger of losing the property that I have put a Deposit on this inefficiency of this company is beyond the joke. if I lose the property, I also lose the deposit and I will have nowhere to live as I've already made arrangements to move out and the new tenants moving in the day I move out Of my present property

Admin nightmare!

Held bonds with the Company for a good few years. Then asked a simple request relating to our Bonds. Mysteriously they need me to certificate my address and identity. Given that they have been sending me quarterly statements for a number of years, then why this strange request from me before they provide the data requested?? Is it a delay tactic. Who do they think that they are sending my statements to - it’s the same name, same address and has been for 20 years!
