Delivery service was fast and I like the coat

We ordered a Royal Blue Women’s Classic Duffle on 16/10/19 which arrived early on the next day. The speed of delivery and the quality and fitting of the coat were both excellent. My wife had also telephoned Montgomery Duffle Ltd before ordering the coat in order to discuss size requirements, and her query was handled so efficiently and professionally that we had no hesitation in placing the order. She is delighted with the coat and I’m thinking of ordering one for myself.

Although the coat was too big and I had to exchange it for a smaller size, a quick call and I was reassured my coat had been received and the new one was being dispatched. The coat was everything I expected. Love it . Definitely won't be cold this winter and several more . Only negative comment was having to pay the return postage.
