I bought a duffle coat but it didn’t fit, it had a lot of spare room in the back so I sent it back at the cost of £11 for an exchange to a more fitted duffle coat. I got a text to say the company had received it but they didn’t have the coat in that I had wanted they said try in a couple of weeks. I looked on line a couple of days later and the coat was in stock but at £199 instead of £149. I rang them to ask if because they had the coat in stock so quickly that I could have it at £149 the same as I originally ordered it for but they said no. I think that is very unfair!

I hope that the shop would also sell some replacement buttons. The button on the jacket cannot be found anywhere when lost.

Although I had to return the coat, I thought the service pre- and post sale service was excellent. Quick and transparent delivery, quick after-sale customer service and clear returning instructions. If I had to give one point of improvement: please do not only include German returning instructions but add them in English as well.
