I ordered a Men's London Long Fit Duffle Coat in size 48 - one week later as I did not even get a shipment notification (but of course the money has been taken from my VISA card) I wrote them a mail and contacted them via FB. I've been offered same model in different sizes and colors or a refund. I chose the latter. Now I am still waiting on the refund - nobody answers to my mails, reads FB messages or takes the calls. I just wonder how long they would take to let me know the model I wanted is out of stock, if during a whole week they did not even bother to contact me.

Order placed and paid on the site on January 29, 2019. More than three weeks later, I still have not received the goods and customer service does not respond to my messages. What a desappointment! Is this site really serious?

Excellent quality product - would recommend to anyone - only slight issue for me are no inside chest pockets - there is an internal pocket just big enough for my wallet - I'd just like more internal pockets.. other than that it's a great coat.. wish I'd ordered it a few years ago..

I ordered a Ladies Invictus Duffle Coat which had been reduced in the sale. As soon as I made the order the money was taken straight out my account. I received an email which confirmed the order and stated that I would get a further email when the coat had been dispatched, A week later no email and no sign of the coat either. I sent an email asking when I could expect delivery, no reply. I tried calling, no answer. I called again the following day - this time I spoke to someone and explained. I was absolutely stunned to find out that the coat had been discontinued and they would not be getting anymore, BUT YOU TOOK MY MONEY KNOWING THAT YOU WERE UNABLE TO FULFIL THE ORDER and even worse YOU DID NOT CONTACT ME TO INFORM ME THAT YOU COULDN'T DELIVER ...I HAD TO CONTACT YOU !!! After I made contact my money has been refunded BUT it is your responsibility to contact customers when there are issues regarding orders not customers to contact you..
