Nice coat but it came unlined

The only criticism I have with Montgomery Duffel Coats - is I ordered a size 16 in Camel - coat arrived very nice - but far too big I called Montgomery who informed I would have to post back at my own cost which came to £17.00 so all in all the coat cost me £117.00 which I thought was very unfair! if I had known the coats came up big I would have ordered a size 14!

I have recently purchased the extra long London duffle coat (size EU 52) and the submariner sweater (size L), both are great and very quality items. The submariner sweater has relaxed/loose fit, so I had to exchange it for size M although I wear regular European (German) L size. In general, very accurate description of the products and fast delivery - it took only 5 days for delivery to Croatia even I ordered the items just a week before Christmas.

they have a great shop and checkout sevice however when delivering the goods from A To B ive heard very little in regards to shipping progresssion; Personally i would like to hear more than just a confirmation and when it's sent, but rather have the ablitlity to track the product . But as of current im still waiting on the coat to arrive and in addition they've sent me a reveiw request so this is my customer experience so far but i am sure the coat will arrive and to be also contacted to amend this review. thanks
