Lovely warm coat. Looks great. Delivered promptly

Excellent product, was very impressed when it arrived. Really well made and lovely materials, the wool is very soft unlike a lot of similar coats that are stiff and scratchy when you first get them. Dispatch and delivery were fast, no complaints at all.

Ordered the Men’s Classic Fit Duffle Coat on Dec. 26th, 2018. I’m in Germany so the delivery alone was £30 … With such a hefty price tag, I naturally expected a quick delivery. I was wrong. Had to wait to Jan. 3rd for the coat to arrive. Now I don’t mind waiting for international mail for a few days but if I’m charged £30, I expect it to be in my hands in no more than 3 working days. There are flights to the UK for less than £30 … The coat though is great so far, fits well (I’m 188cm tall, around 95kg, ordered a 42) and looks sharp. Takeaway for dufflecoatsuk: Get a handle on your delivery fees, Gloverall ships to Germany for half the price.

The best duffle coat I’ve purchased. The coat is great colour, excellent fit and quality. Communication with seller also good including delivery information. I’ve received loads of compliments. You won’t be disappointed if you purchase.

I love my duffle coat. I spent a long time contemplating whether to buy one or not but now realise it was wasted time! The size is generous so go down at least one size. The quality is incredible and delivery was very fast. Treat yourself! You won't regret it 🙂

Ordering process great. Jacket arrived a day later than expected but not the end of the world. I am a 50” chest. I ordered a 50” but it was far to big which was actually a pleasant surprise with clothes normally coming up small. I would have returned it for a 48” but they were out of stock. The quality was superb and I was disappointed to have to return it. The only issue was the refund. I sent emails chasing as I didn’t receive an acknowledgement of return and my emails weren’t replied to which is poor. I emailed after a week querying my refund again no reply. This is all that would put me off a purchase from them again.
