Very poor service. Made order on line. One week later they come back and say out of stock and suggest trying different colour and size. Go back on line and site shows original choice still available. Try elsewhere if u do not want to water your time.

Having purchased a men’s Duffle Coat Classic Fit I had to return it for a full refund due to it not fitting as per their online size guide. The length measured 107cm from nape to hem, considerably more than the stated 100cm and also 1cm longer than their longer length version. As the coats are handmade, I understand there is some variance in the measurements but this is significantly more than I expected and makes it very difficult to estimate an appropriate size. Disappointingly, the thin plastic wrap had also been damaged in transit and re-wrapped by the delivery company. As a result, no returns label was enclosed and the hanger damaged. I placed a further order for a shorter styled coat but in view of the inaccurate measurements requested for the cost of the original return postage of £10.45 to also be refunded. My written request for this was ignored with no response or explanation from the company. The quality image they try to convey in the marketing of their products is not replicated in their customer service.....beware.

Fast delivery and excellent product.

Great quality coats and was posted pretty quickly. I found that the coat sized by chest size fitted better than those with S/M/L. Could do with more pictures of every colour (I wasn't expect white trim on a black coat). The coat I did go with is lovely, good material, fits perfectly and feels great. I've had other duffle coats in the past but now I see they just can't compare. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - arrived in perfect time for my daughter's birthday. She loves the duffle coat - indigo blue, size small - fits perfectly and still leaves room for a jumper underneath. Great quality too.
