Ordering your product from the Czech Republic was without any issues. The coat came in a few days, properly packed and even hanger was included (probably to reduce the possibility to get wrinkled). The color and material is exactly as on the pictures. Sizing is true to the sizing table.

I purchased the ladies classic duffle coat in a size 10.I am a standard size 10.I consulted all the measuring guides on various sites plus " how should a duffle coat actually fit". I was a little worried it might be too big and maybe I should have opted for a size 8.It arrived very quickly and my verdict is--I chose the right size.The shoulders and arm length fit well.The body of the coat is loose,enabling "layering".The style of duffles are meant to be oversized. Workmanship,finishing off and the details are all beautiful--it is extremely well made.I am really pleased with it.I am a little doubtful about the zip which other reviewers have mentioned,finding it a little awkward but hope my fears of it not lasting long wont be justified.If there is a problem I trust the zip will be covered by their guarantee and will be duly repaired. So overall I am a very happy customer.
