Bad quality product and bad customer service

I received a faulty product so I wrote to the customer service with an evidence photo. There was no apology. I then requested to cancel the order by email because I could not trust the service. For my request for cancellation, I received no response. Then a replacement was automatically sent to me. The product this time was OK but I did not get the refund for shipping, so I sent a request for the refund of shipping with a photo of the receipt. However, I haven't heard from the customer service about the refund of shipping for more than three weeks since I sent the faulty item back. I purchased another one of a different colour last year but the service at that time was different and far better. I wonder how it could change in this way in one year.
