It was a good experience for me to buy my dufflecoat online from you.

The service is good but your website is not working good, I made an account and it is not possible to make contact with my account, I made a new password but still it is not possible to view my account so I can not follow my orders.

A positive experince shopping with Dufflecoat. The quality of their garments are outstanding and super quick postage. I will certainly buy from them again.

Overall, satisfactory but room for improvement Every part of the ordering process went well, with the partial exception of the delivery. I say « partial exception » because (i) the coat was not delivered to my house as I was expecting but to a local dry cleaner (ii) The carrier (DPD) did not inform me that this is what they had done. Finally, I was expecting the coat to be sent in a box and not in a bag.

Mens Classic Fit Long Duffle Coat Navy Arrived at the expected time. Sizing guidance was good so it is a perfect fit. Exactly what I wanted. Love it.

Very speedy delivery, especially so as it is the run-up to Christmas. Nice coat - wife loved it. She particularly liked the deep hood which is much better than another well known brand that she had previously purchased. This will definitely be our first port of call when we are next in the market for a duffle coat.

I ordered my coat online on 10th Dec and haven't got it yet. I called info line and was told that courier had a problem with my address! No contact, no call, no e-mail from company. So, what would happen to my order if I didn't call???
