It's been 2 weeks and still haven't got the coat!!!

This is the third duffle coat I have bought fromdufflecoatsuk. The coats are a superb traditional duffle coat design with all the right details, a great hardwearing but comfortable fabric and a classic duffle shape. Dufflecoatsuk are a great company with a really good range of colours and designs (although I'm a purist for the classic original) and their delivery times are super quick. I thoroughly recommend them for a really well-made duffle at a good price compared to the rest of the market.

I placed the order on a Monday. Instantly hereafter, I received useful information about the delivery. Package received on Thursday (in Denmark). Very nice coat. Everything went as expected. Professional service at a very high level. Highly recommendable!

Exceptional quality, service and price

Very easy ordering. Quick delivery but postage a bit steep to Germany, when compared to similar companies.

I followed the sizing guide published on their website and measured my own winter coat which was 46”. That was what I ordered based on the guide. When my coat arrived it was massive and measured 52”. There is clearly a disconnect and for me a very expensive one. Not only did I have to pay an additional $92 to receive the items in Canada I have also had to pay $30 to ship it back. All in all $122 for something I cannot wear. Thanks.
