Bought this coat for my daughter for her birthday. The coat is exactly what she was after and the quality is well worth the money.

Good customer service; I was pleased with the speed of the delivery. My new coat is lovely - really good quality. I am very happy with it. My only complaint is that the weather is now unseasonably warm and so I haven't been able to wear it yet.

I most certainly would recommend this company wholeheartedly. The quality of my Pea coat was superb. The delivery was speedy and although I had to change the coat (I ordered the wrong size - too small !!), the member of staff on the telephone was so helpful and friendly. Packaging was excellent - and a coat hanger included - what more could one ask. Such quality and such a change from the poor, inferior quality we have to accept on so many of the high street stores.
