Excellent quality, fast delivery to Sweden

Quick delivery excellent quality duffle coat.

Sizing is terrible and customer service is worse. I ordered a coat after getting exceptionally excited about it and spending a long time to pick just the right style and colour only. I ordered a size 12 as my normal size is 10-12 and I knew I'd be wearing other layers underneath. When the coat arrived it was massive. It would have fitted me when I was pregnant. I asked my sister who is a size 16-18 to try it on for me and it fit her. I then had to pay just under £5 and take time out of my day to send the product back. If this had been because I didn't like it I would have excepted this but actually this product was never going to be suitable for me or anyone else my size unless they were looking for a baggy duffel coat so I resented that at the end of all of this I am out of pocket and wasted my time and I still don't have a suitable coat. I did send a complaint to the company which they have failed to respond to which is why I am leaving this review. If they had at least responded I wouldn't have felt quite so disappointed.

After seeing many great reviews, I've decided to order my coat. First, ladies' sizing on the website is misleading and doesn't include chest measurements, so I ended up with too small coat, which I had to exchange partly on my cost. The right one arrived and it was ok until yesterday I wore it for the first time. What I noticed is that there is ONE TOGGLE MISSING in my coat, the last one down. I didn't notice it immediately after the coat came so I guess I have to live with it. I wonder if they sent a faulty product on purpose. Also, as someone there mentioned, the zip is very poor quality and I see it breaking after short time. Overall, I regret buying my coat there. Should've spent more and get a Groverall...

While the coatcame fast and was otherwise perfect, its zipper most of the time doesn't work. It seems to be pathetic quality, cheapest plastic, and my disappointment for the zipper is so great I am not going to order again from this company.
