Decent customer experience but no bang for buck. Their designs are unique but their jewellery is hit and miss in terms of quality and what you get for the money. Silver bracelet with a few quids worth of silver content being sold for 80 quid is a bit of a rip off.

High quality for a good price

the order has not been shipped (shipped, not delivered, mind you) for two weeks, a support representative got in touch with me four days after my initial email, and basically did nothing to improve the situation. edit: support, while definitely could have been quicker, replaced the lost item. the earrings are excellent.
