I thought i bought two pairs of earrings but they are sold separately, wich is very uncommon/ inconvenient. It should be made clearer on the website. The products by themselves are good tho.

No refund 19 days after return and no communication

I ordered a ring for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately it was too small so I ordered another and returned the first. The return was made on 9th January and I am yet to receive a refund. There has been no response ro my emails. I am very concerned that my money will not be refunded. Consider carefully before ordering.

I love the products but unfortunately customer service is non existent. Ordered my boyfriend a necklace for Christmas but the clasp was broken so he still hasn’t been able to wear it. Fast forward 4 weeks of me trying to get in contact to replace and still nothing. A lot of money to have wasted…

More negative than positive

The products are top class when you can actually place an order and receive one! But to do this when you encounter a problem, their customer service is shocking and what lets them down so you end up going elsewhere.

The package didn't arrive

The package didn't arrive and they just simply don't answer on the emails.. UPD They have replied on Jan 28th, looks like my package lost in customs, waiting for a new one
