I had heard many good things about this brand and it's quality from friends. I had recently received a silver ring as a gift (for my birthday). Previously I had already seen seen the quality of this company's jewelry and I was impressed. But when received the jewelry, it was all tarnished, it was extremely disappointing. I wasn't even able to find the polishing cloth mentioned on the website. Later that evening my brother noticed the ring andsuch a horrible and embarrassing experience...

I ordered from this company because I loved their Elements collection and wanted to get my boyfriend a gift for his birthday. My order totaled more than $250 and when ordering the estimated delivery date made the shipping process seem prompt, so I expected to have a good experience. However, my order was not received. The estimated delivery date was September 11, 2023, it is now September 19, 2023. I wanted to give it a few days since it is an estimate, but it’s been over a week and nothing. I emailed them and, again, nothing. Also, the fact that they don’t have a customer service phone number is an issue as well, because now I must hope they received my email and then wait even longer for a response.

J'ai commandé un collier qui, une fois arrivé, ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Je l'ai donc renvoyé en suivant le processus préconisé. Ils ont reçu le retour le 1er septembre 2023, et je n'ai aucune nouvelle du remboursement, malgré plusieurs mails que je leur ai adressés. Nous sommes le 17 septembre... Lamentable.
