Ordered something on the 24th Nov with 48 hour shipping and it still hasnt arrived (2nd december) - I messaged customer services a few days ago but still have yet to receive a reply. Fantastic!

Over a week since my purchase and my item is nowhere to be seen. Not even a dispatch notice. Contacted the site, still no response.

It’s been a week and I have still not received my order - considering postage advertises 48 hours it’s not really good enough.

Good quality and super fast shipping

If you can't complete the 24 hour delivery then it shouldn't be an option on site. Ordered Friday morning and it's now Wednesday afternoon and no sign of the parcel. Additionally, customer service have been slow and unhelpful. A shame because the products seem good from what I've seen and seem to be letting themselves down.

Rosa, the lady who dealt with my enquiry was amazing from start to finish. It's fair to say that I came across these amazing rings in Liberty (London) unfortunately they didn't have my ring size and so after a lot of back and forth, we finally managed to get the right size and EVERYONE has complimented me on the stunning ring, saying how nice it is.
