Ordered a necklace more than two weeks ago. Shipping hasn't updated in a week and a half. Necklace is still overseas. Update: it is now December 13 and I still have not received my necklace that I ordered back in October. Customer service now will not responding to any of my emails. Tracking last updated mid November. Do not order from this company.

The jewelry was exactly like in the pictures and the delivery was fast! The only downside was the fact I had to complete custom forms due to UK not being part of EU.

J'ai commandé une bague. Le site m'assurait une livraison gratuite et aucun frais de douanes . Résultat : j'ai remarqué que les frais de livraison étaient inclus dans le prix de la bague ( le prix avait augmenté mystérieusement) De plus, livraison impossible, il faut que je paye 40 euros en plus pour recevoir ma bague ce qui équivaut à des frais de douanes. Site peu claire, dommage : les produits sont vraiment désirables
