well, what a shame about all these dark reviews. in my experience of working in retail, the service I received from mango, was nothing but perfect. I was spoken to in a helpful and personable manner. Maybe I just called at the right time, but regardless, I couldn't go a step further without recognising the positive and helpful service I received. I can only hope that the mould has been broken, and waiting time are not in excess of months on end :D

Bike looks class and is good quality and good price girlfriend loved it came in good time and everything was perfect. Think some of the bad are reviews coming from when the company was trying to get stock through pandemic which most companies where struggling with but 100% for me👍🏻

Good bikes at great prices, awful communication

Good bikes at great prices, awful communication. I ordered my bike during the covid pandemic, and I understand that supply chains have been disrupted as well as the massive increase in demand for bikes. The annoying thing here is that when I ordered my bike, on the homepage Mango advertised a 2 week turnaround time, but it actually took four months to arrive, there was no communication with me during this time until a generic “sorry for the delay” message 9 days after my order. Eventually I chased them and was told if I changed the wheels on my bike they could send it the next week because the ones I wanted weren’t in stock. If only they had told me that before it could have saved a lot of annoyance and I would have had a good experience with them. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again due to the customer service but the product is good quality for the price, and looks great.

Terrible experience,disgraceful.Even worse than I thought

Ordered a bike and paid through Paypal. I cancelled My order within 1 hour of ordering due to other circumstances. Emailed them immediately and was only given a partial refund.Contacted Mango and they say it’s in their terms and conditions. Contacted Paypal and they say what Mango are doing is not Paypal policy and a full 100% should have been given. Anyone who buys or sells using Paypal knows this. I am posting this to give people warning of My experience with this Company. Mango wanted feedback on the review I gave,I told the truth,the kept My money. they are shameless rogues

Very happy customer

Bought a Hey bike in their clearance sale together with some Mango pedals. Ordering it online was really easy, it arrived incredible quickly (only a few days after I ordered it!) and I had regular updates from the courier re exact time of delivery. I've been riding it around London in lockdown and it's been amazing, such a good bike and so liberating to get a change of scene :). Really happy with my purchase, thanks Mango!

Fast dispatch and delivery.

Ordered two bikes from Mango and they arrived here in Cornwall just 48 hours after placing the order. Super speedy dispatch and delivery. Contact with the company has been great too. Very friendly and helpful. The bikes themselves exceeded my expectations. Great quality and real head-turners. I wouldn't hesitate to order from these guys again. Highly recommended.

Let down by communication and some cheap parts

Needed a new fixie and previously had a Charge Plug which needed a fair bit of work to, so decided to replace. Initial delivery estimate was far from live and dates seem to come and go without update and very slow replies to emails. I completely appreciate Covid has made everyone's life difficult and delays are inevitable. However a live communication feed would have been appreciated, it ended up being 4 months in the end. I had to upgrade rims right at the end just to get the bike to me. Cheap parts such as the chain and free wheel sprocket need to be upgraded. I have had the bike on the road for 4 months and ride 6 miles a day and already have substantial rust on both these parts. I did email the team who proceeded to give me a science lesson on how rust occurs. Not to be rude but I am very aware of conditions which cause rust. However I wouldn't expect to see rust on a bike of fours months old. I have been cleaning and greasing once a week. A new chain was sent out free of charge, but just upgrade these parts as standard and charge an extra £20 for the bike. To be honest no one wants rusty parts on their bike at the best of times especially if its nearly brand new. Some parts on the bike are quality for the price so just follow this through the whole unit. However it does ride really nicely, paint job is good and saddle is comfy. A few tweaks to customer service and a few parts would really make the business and product stand out

Overall really good experience but check the lead time before ordering. I couldn't find a better customised bike for the price. Clearly struggled to keep up with demand during covid and some of these bad reviews don't reflect my experience. Do your homework. I feel it was worth the wait. The bike is mega

Only giving a 3 star because the bike…

Only giving a 3 star because the bike is pretty good. The problem with mango bikes is their communication to the customer. They never respond to customer emails unless it’s something the have done wrong or it’s urgent. The progress screen is a joke, please change the “bike added to build list” with an actual progress to where the bike is. And like the review below I had the same problem with wheels but I did buy some 6spokes instead which I don’t regret because it looks sick. Just fix your website , be honest with customers before they pay for an order with at least a realistic delivery date, and just answer your damn email other than when you’ve messed up.
