TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. Ordered 150 in supplements. Got a confirmation of the order and then THAT WAS IT. No delivery on merch, impossible to reach, and when I finally did (via email) they sent me a FAKE CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD. Then they proceeded to BLOCK MY EMAIL ADDRESS when I tried to reach them again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

Waiting...

I have been waiting almost a month and haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact via phone, there is no such number(s); and email, that doesn’t exist...when I try to use their website for contacts, it takes me to the same page over and over...does anyone know a legitimate number for “Tracy” who is mentioned in many of the reviews?

I never received my order. They have had my money for over a month. The only contact or confirmation I had was at the time order was placed. Nothing to follow. I've tried to contact their company to receive no response and email had been shut down. Please, the price is right but don't get sucked into their scheme.

This company is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!! I thought I was ordering a product from Rite Aid. Apparently my order was farmed out to this company. A few days later I received a message that my package was at the USPS warehouse because of an "incomplete address". I couldn't address the issue with USPS because I had no tracking number and for some asinine reason, the 4 credit cards I tried weren't supported there. I couldn't speak with a person at the USPS and for some STUPID REASON, I CAN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE AT THIS USELESS PLACE!!! HEALTHCENTRALUSA SHOULD PICK UP A PHONE AND LEARN HOW TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE!!! THEY'RE WORTHLESS VERMIN!!

Great Customer Service!

Even though the product I ordered was no longer available, Tracy took the time to research and let me know the situation. She then canceled my order and provided me a refund without me having to request. Great customer service!

They never sent my order and stopped answering all my messages. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. Update: Thanks for responding 5 months later but I already won the dispute. If you really care follow up on all your unanswered messages of the people you ghosted.

This company is scamming people

This company is scamming people. If you look at all the previous reviews you’ll see that everybody’s order was never sent or was delayed. It sounds like some have gotten a refund and some have not. I ordered mine a month ago, contacted the company, and they said it was out of stock, (many people have received the same response). I’m not sure how a company can be out of stock of every product they sell. I contacted customer service and they said they would give me a refund. However, I haven’t seen it in my account yet, so I tried to contact them again and now the email address says undeliverable.
