Never received my order! STAY AWAY!
I ordered my item 5 weeks ago. Never received the item. No tracking number, nothing. Horrible company, lousy customer service. Stay away from this place.
Unresponsive to emails
I have emailed three times for an ETA. No response. If a Company refuses to have a live person, then at a minimum, respond via email. It's almost 3 weeks now and not even an update of any sorts.
I just want a refund.
I ordered a product in late August. It’s now November and I never received my order, any shipping info, or any communication on my order status. The company advertises 24/7 chat service but this is a lie. The only way to contact them is by email and they don’t respond. I have reached out 3 separate times requesting a refund or some kind of status and have received no response. This place is a scam.
Never received order and can’t contact them

Highly Caution Against ordering from Health Central USA
Update: To respond to your question, my order number is 130348. However, if you do not follow up or resolve the situation, then I will report it here. I'll only update this review when I actually hear from you. Original Review: I had an extremely bad experience with Health Central USA. I placed a $300 order for fish oil supplements in September 2023. They advertise 2-5 day delivery for Domestic orders. They did not ship my order for over a month and did not notify me of any delays. This resulted in not having my order when needed, the order arriving well after its due date, disappointment and confusion, and substantial hardship and cost associated with having to ship items to the intended recipients after they had already departed. Health Central USA’s website says that we can expect to receive “Domestic orders within 2-5 business days” and “International orders can take up to 2 weeks”. This was a domestic order. However here’s what happened: - Health Central USA did not ship my order for 5.5 weeks. This was despite the fact that Health Central USA’s website says that customers can expect to receive Domestic orders within 2-5 business days and International orders in 2 weeks. My order was domestic. - I did not get any communication about the delay. - I did not know that my order was delayed, why it was so late, or how long it would be delayed. - After 2.5 weeks with no delivery, I was the one who contacted Health Central USA to ask why my order hadn’t been shipped. - There was no acknowledgment that HCUSA was very, very late to fulfill my order, or of the problems this caused me, for me and other customers. The only thing HCUSA’s rep offered was to cancel my order. I did not want to cancel the order; I wanted the order that I had paid for weeks prior, and for you to try to comply with your advertised timeline. If you can’t comply with the timeline on your website, you are at least expected to notify me if things are not going to be fulfilled for over one month. This does not seem unreasonable. - Then, HCUSA missed the second deadline that its rep gave. She said that the company would fulfill my order in “one or two weeks”. This was on September 28. - I didn’t cancel the order, and once again, Health Central USA didn’t fulfill the order until almost a month later, another two weeks after your corrected date. - Again, there was no outreach to correct information that the HCUSA had given me. - Health Central USA’s website says that customers will “Always know where your order is with alerts and 24/7 status access.” This did not happen. - Ultimately, it took Health Central USA 8x-20x times longer to ship my order than it should have taken. Timelines are important, even if this wasn’t a gift. Even if you can’t meet a stated timeline, 40 days is too far off from 2-5 days. This causes very real problems and high costs for customers.
Frustrated with HealthCentralUSA
I ordered 8 24oz bags of Bob's Red Mill Organic 6 Grain Hot Cereal on October 23. After ordering I immediately got email "Order #141244 confirmed". The email stated "Health Central USA␊Thank you for your purchase!␊We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." That was now 17 days ago, and I have yet to receive an email indicating my order has been shipped. But of course my credit card had been deducted. I have emailed them several times asking about my order but have gotten no replies, even though on their 'contact-us' page they explicitly state "We will reply to your email within 1 business day." I have texted them using the procedure indicated on their policies web page (which is extremely long so not surprised most people miss this). No reply. I'm wondering if I should send them a letter of complaint in the mail now. Nov 27, 2023 Just want to say that once I wrote the above review at Trustpilot, and it was published there, the very next day I received an email from Tracy saying she was sorry about what happened and I would be refunded the money that had been deducted from my credit card account! And on the very next day after that email, the refund did actually show up in my account! So I am very happy that via Trustpilot.com, which I hadn't even known about, I was able to get this resolved! I did want to mention that Tracy wrote: "If you check your order confirmation, it looks like you chose the local delivery option." Yes, that is true, I choose "local delivery" which had a cost of $9.98. If I hadn't chosen local delivery, the next least expensive shipping option was "Non-Rush Shipping (14-28 Business Days)" and that was $59.98 for only 12lbs!! I checked on Internet and shipping via USPS and other parcel carriers from their location to mine for that amount of weight is only about $15. So I don't know where that shipping cost is coming from. And why the heck does the webpage allow me to choose "local shipping" if my location was definitely not local?
Melody saved the day
Melody saved the day. Apparently I requested the wrong shipping option when I placed my order for my favorite hard-to-find salad dressing and it failed to arrive after a month. A couple of emails later Melody sent it rapid dispatch and it was at my door within a few days. Melody was efficient, competent, understanding, and courteous. I could not be more pleased. another bogus company recommended by google
they claim to have products in stock which they do not. this is another company highly rated by google which is a scam company. they say they take paypal and other options, but at the payment page they announce that they don't anymore, which means paypal downgraded them or they were just lying.
