Ordered more products than I intended to to get the free shipping, the discount code their site shared did not even work but I made the order anyway because I could not find the product on other sites. It's now been 6 weeks and I have yet to receive my products or any communication from the company. I feel like I may have been scammed and I'm worried about the financial information I entered to complete the purchase.

This is a scam. My wife ordered from and never heard back. Now we have to see if we ever see our money back.

So far I have had a pleasant experience with this company.I made an order and accidentally chose the wrong shipping method(in my defense tho, it is rather confusing for national rather than "local Dallas" delivery).Anyhow, Tracy from customer service sent an informative email response immediately!(unfortunately product is out of stock tho:( now!)I will wait for restock and she notified me that in a week or two it can then be shipped to me.Depending on the circumstances at that time I will edit/update my review, but so far I am happy!Thank you Tracy for your prompt informative response! 😀

Do not order anything from these people! This is a scam. They took my money now they will not contact me. I never received my order and absolutely no communication on their end. I am working with the Attorney General’s Office to resolve this issue.
