They are a good company and good Customer service! if didn’t receive my order and it was cancelled and refunded! i’ll try and shop again when i need something!

Its been 36 days since I placed my order and nothing has arrived. I have the confirm email and the website says "order confirmed" which is the same thing it said the day I placed the order. Contacted MasterCard and disputed the charge for failure to deliver. I did contact them and was told I had ordered incorrectly for local delivery in Dallas. This broke the order and they refunded my money. I asked them how I did this incorrectly and why it took me after more than a month asking for them to become aware of the "broken order" and to get a refund?

Arrived on time. I am very satisfied.

The agent addressed my concerns in a prompt manner. Did not ignore any of my questions. I appreciated that.

My order was taking longer than expected to ship so I contacted customer service. They were quick with a reply and explained the company that makes this product was currently out of stock and issued me a full refund of my order. I appreciate their quick reply but was a little disappointed I didn't receive the product I wanted. But great customer service.

They responded to my email the same day and advised that the product was out of stock. And if I wish to cancel they would issue a refund. Should be back in stock and possibly in a week or two.
