Tracy got back to me within a couple of hours to let me know why I didn’t get my order. I had made a mistake in my order and my item was not in stock. Tracy sent me a refund and texted again to apologize for any inconvenience.

Quick response and immediate action

I placed an order for a vitamin e oil. It had been a few weeks and still did not receive my order, so I sent a message for an update. Upon review, my order was currently out of stock, with no time frame for when it would be back. I heard a response within 24 hours, and was immediately issued a refund and details as to why my order could not be fulfilled. I'm sorry we could not do business, but thank you again for taking care of this situation in such a timely manner.

I ordered over a month ago and have emailed the company 4 times, no response. I tried calling but it's only an automated message. This company charged my credit care the same day I ordered but you can't even cancel the order on the website and there is no way to speak with a representative. I have never had a problem with a company before, but this is just awful. I would give 0 stars if that is possible. No communication at all from them, but they surely got my 110.00 payment for protein powder I still don't have! My order number is 86478. I ordered on 3/23

ordered product 4/10/23 money out of bank 4/11/23 still await order? no reply to online inquiry. order# GPTRVUSNY Giving this company a middle rating as it is a month... and still no product or reply??? I know the postal service isn't the best..but this is a bit much???

There was a mix-up on my end when choosing method of delivery so unfortunately I never received my merchandise. On the same day I contacted HC USA with my detailed concerns, a rep named Tracy responded who had done her research as to the delay. Since more than 30 days had passed since my initial order date, Tracy informed me that I would be refunded 100%. I plan to try again in the future to do business with HC USA. Gloria / Ontario, CA

Not such a trusty website

I never received a tracking number for my order, I got charged for a product I ordered Apr 6 and I never received an update on the tracking or the product yet they took money from my account. I've tried emailing which is the only form of contacting them that is listed and have had no luck. I don't even believe that they actually have the product as it has been impossible to find all over the web. I will update if I receive any updates or if I receive the product.
