Never received item

Never received item, was promised a refund. Never received refund. Thought I was done, but I am not done. This company provides fake responses and does not do the things they say they are doing. I have not received my order and I have not received a refund.

Apple Pay wasn’t working when I placed…

Apple Pay wasn’t working when I placed my order so I had to input my credit card info (which I was apprehensive about). Waited 2 weeks for shipping status and never received so I Emailed customer service and asked when to expect my order and they said it was discontinued by the manufacturer and would give me a refund. I received a refund but 2 weeks later, there was a fraudulent charge for almost $400 on my credit card from a city in Texas… this company is in Dallas. Coincidence? I think not. I had to have my credit card shut down thanks to this company because this is the only place I have used my credit card at in years and having had to input my credit card info upon checkout and not being able to use Applepay obviously allowed this company access to my credit card info. Shame on them.

Order never received!

After over a month without receiving my order and no contact from Health Central USA, I requested cancellation of the order and disputed the charge on my credit card. The only contact info on their website was email and I never received a reply to my inquiries either!
