I suspect Health Central USA is a scam company. I found this company via Google search for health products. I was attracted to their website by their low advertised prices for products. I placed an order on 12/02/2022 and it's now 01/02/2023 and my order has still not arrived. I received a confirmation email of my order but no tracking number or shipping information was provided. I called the contact number for the company that I found on my credit card statement and reached an automated massage stating "all team members/employees are forced to work remotely due to the pandemic and can only communicate via email or live chat online". Now in an attempt to get refunded I emailed the company and contacted my credit card company to investigate.

I give to them 0 stars I ordered my stuff a month ago they never sent me my product I emailed them and got no response scam company

Everything was perfect price product but after placing order and 2weeks later not receiving product I contacted the seller and was informed that the Neutrogena naturals face wash was discontinued so would receive a refund I did but just disappointed how it took my money and wasted my time and can't buy it at the other spot because it's sold out after 2weeks

Avoid them !!! Liars !!! Promoted free shipping then cancelled my order !! I waited weeks for a $60 order that was never coming !! If I didn’t contact them I would never have seen my money again !! POS company !!

Same experience as the rest of the reviews. After not receiving the product for over a month they replied to my inquiry saying it shipped and should have arrived by now (with no tracking, mind you) but must have been lost so they will refund my card. They have not refunded my card and now I have to dispute the charges.

Item was found easily. Made shopping simple.

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Placed an order, never received my order confirmation which was first red flag, money taken from my account and never received my items. emailed company 3 times with NO response and can not for the life of me speak to a person. I'm not sure how companies are allowed to take your money and never provide the service you paid for. the good reviews on there website are obviously BS AND FAKE. KARMA , all i can say, it will come back to them in one way.

Same as all the other complaints. Ordered and never received. They said I checked off local shipping. Yet they never contacted me to tell me to change the shipping. They refunded me. I ordered again with the right shipping ($25 for two small bottles) and waited a month. Was just told they are out of stock. I call BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are hoping you forget what you ordered. They are a complete and utter scam.

Same experience as the ones reported here. Never received item. A CS representative said I chose a wrong shipment provider which I did not. Ordered item on November 3 and crickets...

My story is the same as the other experiences. Never instock, yet the website says they are instock. They say do you want to wait or cancel order. The company is a Complete scam, the order was placed in August. Well see if the refund ever goes through.
