It was very simple and straight forward. Submitted all medical evidence that was described and had a video call and verified ID etc. The Doctor did in a day what my own GP has failed to do in years.

Was able to use my letter for exactly what I needed it for and it is good for one year from date of approval. The process was easy. You're required to pay first and then complete the required info.
