ZoomDoc supported me with a yellow fewer exemption certificate

Did receive finally after 6 days

So fast, a little expensive but worked really well for my visa.

We were blown away by how fast Zoomdoc processed our order. The airline tried to deny us boarding a plane as they wanted a medical certificate for a connecting flight despite their customer support saying otherwise. This gave us around 2.5 hours before the departure gate closed to get the medical certificate. Amazingly after contacting Zoomdoc directly and asking for our order to be expedited we managed to get the certificate in about an hour on a Sunday!

Quick response back ....there is one downfall, once you pay, it is difficult to do next step as the email sent doesn't link to your account and you end up in a loop...needs looking at.

Very quick service and easy to use. Customer service easy to communicate with. The letter produced was professional, and while I dont know if the letter has influenced anything yet, I'm remaining hopeful. Only criticism is a felt the letter could have had more detail and was quite vague. However I would use this service again. Edit: The GP completed the edit and I'm increasing to 5 stars as the customer service has been great. The letter addressed everything that i felt was missing in the original letter. Happy I reached out and would encourage others to do the same if they have the same issue.

There was a strange problem with my Medicine Travel Letter - things happen. I called ZoomDoc support and their commitment to sorting things out was frankly inspiring! Straightforward ,but could do with a few more guild lines ,for instance my summery care plan was more pages than the 3 spaces that is provided, so had to get some guidance from else where ,and there is no place to save what you have just completed, therefore each time I had to check something ,the page had disappeared
