Great and efficient service

FANTASTIC. I found myself in very unfamiliar territory looking for a doctors note to confirm a pregnancy complication so my insurance would cover a holiday cancellation (my own doctor said they could not complete a ‘not fit to fly’ form because the midwives hadn’t shared my notes even though I was holding a copy of the information and was happy to share!). Found the price of ZoomDoc a little more than others, but you get what you pay for. Their online chat was quick and Olivia was extremely helpful. Replies were usually within the hour and when I finally submitted the request (after asking every question under the sun!) I had the note signed off within 2 hours. They were also happy to amend the letter if the insurance requested more information - although this was not needed as the insurance approved with no further queries. Thank you so much!

Great service would highly recommend.

I used ZoomDoc to get my France work medical certificate and the process was so easy and quick! The price is less than what other private practices had quoted me and, once all the information was completed, I had the digital certificate within a few hours and the paper copy the next day. Amazing! Took all the stress away from needing to get this done.

It was a Sunday morning we went on zoom doctor and it was all sorted out in around about an hour for a very reasonable price. A doctor in our local area. We couldn’t see him for a week and he was charging us treble so for me very very good service.
