I needed a doctor's letter for holiday insurance. It came really quickly and was exactly what we needed. My only criticism is there is a size limit on the video upload which is a bit too small so I had to keep rerecording and then compress the file using an online video compressor which takes a lot of time. Also the forms timed out too quickly and didn't auto save my responses so I ended up filling in the forms multiple times.

Why do you let people proceed with filling in the form when you KNOW they will be declined based off selecting yes to certain questions (ie. Do you have a low lying placenta) Seems like a way to just try and get people's money when you could in reality update the form to advise saying yes to this means you cannot travel etc. Website also states "Refunds are available if we are unable to provide the certificate" but doesn't make it clear its still considered a certificate when they issue one saying you can't travel.
