My daughter had chicken pox the very last week of school, only one week before we are due to fly to Orlando. I have never experienced pox (never had as a child) and so perhaps was more worried than usual. My Doctor's admin team are totally useless!! I was back and forth with 6 emails (due to IT outage) that they could provide a FTF letter, only to be then told that they don't provide this service. Found ZoomDoc after hours of searching up re chicken pox and couldn't believe my luck. I work in the NHS and know that this is a genuine service, with GMC numbers (so no need to worry). Process was so smooth and easy, sent a 30 second video, answered some easy questions, uploaded pics as requested and began the wait - - my letter was approved in 10mins!!!! I was JUMPING for JOY!! - I didn't need to cancel my trip (checked travel insurance, hotel and park tickets; wasn't able to cancel) I think this week has been so stressful for the family but thanks to this service I can calm down knowing we are FTF as a family - we leave in 2days. Thank you for the service, 100% better than GP and even better knowing it can takes the pressure away from other NHS services. Hopefully I won't need to come back (good health) but if I do, I would do it in a heartbeat... THANK YOU : )

Fast response, easy interaction

First time using this service. I am 7 weeks pregnant and unable to fly to Mexico because of the risks of Zika virus. I needed a doctors letter to send to the travel agent so I could amend my holiday without incurring ridiculous fees as due to travel next month. Unable to get this via the nhs so I tried this service and was so impressed. I had to upload a video talking about my situation and then I received the medical certificate within an hour. I have used this to amend my holiday with no trouble. It was fast, easy and done what I needed so thanks for your help!
