It was fine, a little time consuming as my 1st attempt failed

Used the service to get a certificate of good health for a visa appointment since my GP doesn't offer the service. The instructions were clear, the process was very fast, and I was responded to very quickly using the chat function. As long as the certificate is accepted at my appointment (hasn't happened yet), I would say this is a life-saver!

Misleading and a rip off. Paid £59 for the briefest one line document to say I had no infectious diseases for a visa application after being requested to put in the country it was for. Now have to pay equivalent again to have the one line translated into Spanish. This is a slap dash money making service that anyone could do, I doubt a medical professional was even involved in the process.
