On my first time using zoomdoc I can full heartly say it's one of the best services. They do what they say on the tin works out very stress free and gives you the peace of mind especially the 24hr turn around when you ask for a letter or referral. I would recommend this service to friends and family and I would personally use them again. The days of waiting weeks for my GP has been cut in half due to the genuine company.

My own GP refused to fill in a form to support my application for ill health retirement [IHR] He rightly advised me that when a form/report is outside of their remit, they can choose whether or not to fill it in. However, I was quite taken aback, as my condition of ME/CFS, which is the reason I now can't work, was assessed at my GP surgery. Who then referred me to an NHS specialist. I was told to find a private Doctor. I unsuccessfully tried several before I came across ZoomDoc. They were amazing! A Doctor looked at my form for IHR first, without charge, to see if it was something they could do. It was. I provided all of my documents, did their own disability assessment with them, had a video call. They were very thorough. I guess, because they need to evidence and back up any decision made, if challenged. ZoomDoc turned around a really stressful situation for me. I felt fully supported and understood. And the cost of all this was so reasonable. Without hesitation, I would recommend them. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Great fast service

Really good service completed very promptly - highly recommended

I recently got a home medical test from zoomdoc. Overall I was pleased with the service and the price was similar or lower than other providers. They also tell you which lab does the testing, whereas others do not. Negative points: instructions were slightly unclear e.g. website instructions were slightly different to the ones in the test kit. Also, the time urgency for returning the sample is unclear.

Very efficient service

I had been told by my practice that I wouldn’t be able to see a doctor before march! But zoomdoc managed to get a doctors medical note within the hour of the day I requested it! Couldn’t have asked for better service for someone in need!
