Very easy to apply for the medical certificate. Customer service are always on hand to assist. My employer required a stamp signature and the dates to and from and each time I went back to zoom doc they were more than happy to help. It covered my time off from work and gave me time to relax and recover. They made being ill a non stressful time. Would like to say a special thankyou to Olivia who helped me with most of my queries.

Responded to all communications really quickly, top marks for that. However, the work flow on the site is pretty confusing. Eg, asked if I want an account, answer yes, next screen wants me to log in but I haven't got an account yet so I can't. They do mail you a link, but don't tell you. Also, some screens don't seem to have a log out option so I had to complete my stuff in my wife's account. Found the log off eventually. Just pretty poor

Very quick at receiving our documents, easy process.

Liked the idea of having it handled online and having the online support when I encountered a problem with uploading documents. Did not like having to pay upfront without knowing what documents will be required and the video was difficult to upload. All in all it worked out in the end.

The speed and efficiency of the service was very impressive. Also queries were dealt with and corrected in the same speedy manner. Excellent service

Was such a quick and efficient service! I received my Medical Certificate the following day and this meant that I was prepared for my Visa appointment ahead of schedule.

I've tried two other online docs recently and have been disappointed. ZoomDoc seems trustworthy to me because the are asking for the correct medical information. Turnaround time for my pregnancy fit to fly letter was crazy short and all the paperwork looks to be in good order. Definitely recommend them.
