False advertising
False advertising. Ordered the product shown online and was sent something I did not want without anyone ever checking in to see if that would be suitable. Also, my receipt does not have my name on it. It auto populated the name of the person I was gifting it to, which is problematic for my business and taxes. Feels sloppy.
Disappointed
Ordered gifted touch Exam chair on 5/17/2022: very prompt phone call. friendly and courteous salesman. called at 9 pm to take order: placed 6 exam table combo with three motor bed. Supposed to be deliver after June 1, 2022 as I still have previous tenant in there. they delivered within week time unfortunately in this case early shipment caused previous tenant by accident took 6 x 2= 12 large package with them. once I called previous tenant, they said yes they have it and I had to get two friends and rent a U-Haul to get those box back to my facility. MISSING ITEM: gifted touch supposed to send 6 paper holders with same order, separately delivered: to the date I have not received it. WRONG ITEM: stool combo supposed to be with back rest: all stool came without any backrest. Damaged ITEM: 3 Exam table Cushion were damaged, sent them pictures three separate occasion. Yet to hear response. Called them 4 times as well. I was told Lady name Lydia will call as she is over customer service department: no correspondence yet. one out of six tables base. screw would not go in tried to change around as other table that trick worked. no luck for 1 table. as its not stable: no response yet. many scratches on back side of cushion but no one is going to see that as it is screwed on the base so I have no issue there but indeed many scratches on back side. very friendly and polite staff but every time I talked to them they said we will have someone name lydia call. and I am yet to hear anything. Overall three chairs that did get assembled without any damaged seen is good quality for what I paid for. All I ask is resolution or hear back to see what it is they need me to send them. I have sent them picture of damaged part. DO NOT KNOW what else to do. IF you don't have patience stay away. I hope I am not being too harsh here. I heard back and they explained what was the issue for delayed response. I suggested to do facetime tomorrow so they can see what it is they need to send. I appreciate their prompt response tonight.
