DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They got my business by pretending to be Dyno-rod. They use the name 'Dynorod' (no hyphen) on Google. They charged me £774 to clear my blocked drain which I paid in a panic because we had no working toilets or water. They completely failed to clear the blockage and then left. I had to call out another company who cleared it immediately and didn't charge me because they felt so sorry that I'd been scammed by PM247. I've since learned that the maximum they should have charged me for this job should be £130 - if they'd actually done the work! When I raised this with PM247 they were incredibly rude. Every part of dealing with this company has been horrible.

Never known a company like it price hiked up over £ 100 as per estimate on phone . Total job time 7mins included setting up and putting away. total time on site 55 mins No wonder the subcontractor turned up so fast . So steer clear of these people

I had a problem with my drain overflowing, so I called pm247. They were able to send someone to help us within 1.5 hours. The technician had to jet the drain and spent about 2 hours onsite. The total cost was £295, which covered an initial attempt with rods and locating the exact problem area. I am relieved that the issue is now fixed, and I feel like I got a great deal!
