*Scam* in the site was different prices and when the plumber come to my house he said I have to pay the un reasonable 420 £ he took advantages as I didn’t know the work value I am trying now to call them and to solve this and no help they don’t care . Never I am going to hire from this company again . And I suggest nobody do as well .

They said they'd be here between 1-3pm and then at 3.15 got a call to say they would be there at 5. He was there for all of about 10 minutes. I had a leak, the pump for the shower was leaking and when he saw the pump he said what is this pump for? I also had noises coming from the taps where I turned it on and he just told me to change the taps. The resolution for the leak was to put sealant round the bath as the existing sealant had gone. Paid £144 for this and to be asked if I wanted him to put new sealant round. Got another plumber to come out and diagnosed the two other issues straight away. Absolute waste of time do not bother with this company they are an absolute scam and rip off. When I spoke to their admin department to complain they said well then identified the leak which I already knew where the leak was!

If I could give less than 1 I would. Called at 4pm on a Saturday, told between 5 and 7. Spoke to them at 6.30 told between 6 and 8pm. Spoke to them at 8pm, told it wouldn’t be that day. Bearing in mind I had already paid £144 and waited 4 hours. I was assured it would be at 8 am the following day. They hadn’t arrived by 8.45. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was so rude and said he didn’t know what I expected of him. Plumber arrived at 11 am said they could fix the issue but would be another £800. Absolutely awful service. People on the phones rude and didn’t listen. Got the address wrong twice. Please believe I am not one of those people who leave awful reviews for the sake of it. These people are dreadful. Truly dreadful please please don’t give them your money

Good engineer who arrived promptly and helpfully cleared the blocked drain. However, the company is sneaky in the way they bill you - beware! I received a verbal and email contract which stated £120 + VAT for call out and investigation, plus a fixed price for anything that needed doing (but prices not provided). I knew the blockage required use of a chain machine (dont know what its proper name is) but they gave no quote for this or any other subsequent procedure. In the end they charged me £1895+VAT=£2274 (for a total of 1 hours work). Far higher than I expected - no hint was given that the bill would be in this range

This company claims an affiliation with Dynorod and their parent company British Gas. There is NO affiliation. If this company tells you they can help you if you have a British Gas Homecare policy, they are lying. Read other reviews saying the same.

Clearly just another scouse bin dipper ripping off the public with their generous donations and buying house's and cars for himself. JAIL HIM AND CONFISCATE EVERYTHING HE HAS. HE SAID IF THE PUBLIC WEREN'T HAPPY HE'D SHUT THE COMPANY DOWN TOMORROW. I HOPE THIS ROBBING 🔔 END DOES AND HE ALONG WITH HIS BANK ACCOUNTS ARE BEING TRACKED PROPERLY BY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR BUT DOESN'T SURPRISE ME WITH THIS BIN DIPPER. SUCH A SHAME THAT A SCOUSER HAS TO DRAG BURNLEY INTO THINGS.

Scam company ousted in 2011 by BBC watchdog when they were trading as Property Care Solutions. They then dissolved and set up as PM247. Same owners, still ripping people off. You can see on Companies House. Read the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - especially section 4. They try to intimidate you, but the law - and small claims court - is here to protect against companies like this. Can only assume all the 5 star reviews are fake. Report to Trading Standards.

I have to admit I did intially websearch Dynorod at the recommendation of a local plumber, and did click on the first result (PM247) without realising (my own fault); however they were able to get an engineer out the next morning and Erin did an amazing job locating and sorting out the problem. We were told the price of the job before works were carried out, it was pretty pricey but I guess this was down to the equipment used and bank holiday extra charges etc. Erin also confirmed that there was a year's warranty on the work which was good to know, although it looks like we hopefully won't need this as he did a top job. He explained everything that he was going to do and then confirmed this afterwards, so we were well informed, and of course Erin was als very friendly! The office also called us a week later to confirm everything was still ok which was a nice touch; yes it was very expensive but the service was absolutey five star, and you definitely got what you paid for. Thanks Erin and team :) Edit: have deducted one star as in hindsight I think we may have been overcharged based on other reviews. Still can't fault the service, however the expensiveness would make me seek other quotes before coming back to the company again which is a shame as Erin did an amazing job and it's no reflection on him.
