Came quickly and within 2 hours, sorted problem

My 100 year old father was on his own. They charged nearly 5 times the expected (and reasonable) initial estimate for a simple, less than 1 hour job to unblock a drain.

The plumbing job was well done & the customer service was extremely helpful

Called them when we had sewage flooding into our kitchen and Thames water were nowhere to be seen. Wayne arrived in just over an hour and cleared the blockage within 15 minutes. He was so helpful and considerate of the traumatic day we had been having! Made sure he didn’t get any mess in the house and also checked our pipes under our sink for us to give us peace of mind. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Wayne!

Interestingly, I thought I had contacted another provider online, but this company appointment request popped up instead on the website. Since the other provider was recommended by my neighbor, I didn't notice any logo so I went in and put my information. My experience with TM247 is that they do not know how to carry out the annual service of a boiler and heat water tank. They are a company to solve plumbing emergencies. They changed the quote in due course insisted on getting the payment before starting the job and left without a report of the job behind. This company operates with a professional facade, but I won't recommend it for an annual service.

Customer service was very good. They picked up the phone quickly and arranged the engineer to come in couple of hours. So would definitely use them again. It is priced at a premium so keep that in mind. NORA Z

This company rescued me from a dire plumbing problem!!!! The very competent plumbing engineer, Kasseion, arrived promptly, immediately knew the problem. Stopped the noisy pipes and running water!!!! Fixed some beautiful new taps in my butler’s sink, in the utility room. He was polite, and reassured me all would be in working order. And it is. I would recommend this company 100% to everyone and I will use them again
