Great communication and friendliness from engineer. Prices just expensive!

The plumber was punctual,pleasant and knowledgeable. There were two jobs to do and these were tackled showing his experience mand skill.

Easy to get an appointment and engineer arrived as scheduled. However price wise they are incredibly expensive. They also have you over a barrel, as the engineer had destroyed the part getting it off (a tap) and therefore I needed a new one. I had no choice and had to agree, as the original couldn’t be put back on. £500 for a tap replacement is extortionate. The tap doesn’t even match the rest of the bathroom suite. I wouldn’t use again.

The engineer was very efficient. He had to make an access panel to get at the leak and did so with minimum damage. Steve Swain

NEVER use this company they came to my property made the job worse refused liability and defended the plumber with arrogance and dismissive behaviour AND over charged me leaving me paying over £400 for a job that is now WORSE than previous you are warned DO NOT USE these unprofessional incapable money grabbers, I will be taking this further

Booked a plumber at 4pm for an emergency call out. Waited 2hrs, then called them to be told the call was still logged and they will let me know the time. At 6:30 I get a call to say they aren’t coming. Can I rebook for tomorrow. I would have booked for tomorrow if need a plumber tomorrow! They should have never accepted the job!!
