Used Stiebel Eltron to service my ground source heat pump. Had excellent service from Ashley on the day, he was very helpful. Will defenately use them again, highly recommended.

Always helpful

Always prompt and polite with answering the telephone. Kyle Gordon answers queries and helps me, with any problems I do not understand about my heating system. Nothing is too much trouble. He also organised my maintenance deal and I had a very competent person, Kelvin Gallagher, to service my system early this year. Please pass on my thanks.

The Stiebel Eltron Cns 200 heater…

The Stiebel Eltron Cns 200 heater itself works well, and the customer service is great. However, the programmer/timer is terrible. It took me over an hour even after calling their helpline to try and set it, and it’s still not working as intended. The interface is overly complicated and far from user-friendly. If I had known it was that bad, I would never have bought this model. All it needs is a simple on/off timer function that’s easy to program. Instead, it’s frustratingly convoluted. I'd rate the timer one star, but the actual heater is very good. Let down by an awful interface. Stiebel Eltron would do well to redesign the software to make this much more practical and user friendly.

Top service from Ben in Tech Support

I had an issue with one of my heaters (~3yrs old) being stuck in standby mode so contacted the Technical Support team via email. I received a response the same day from Ben Jones who immediately organised for a replacement part to be sent out. Part was received 2 days later, my electrician fitted it (5min job) and the heater now works as it should. Fantastic service.

Exceptional Customer Service.

I had an issue with a storage heater that was still under warranty and emailed tech support for advice. Within 24 hours Ben had identified the fault and despatched a replacement part. He couldn't have been any more helpful and efficient, many thanks Ben! Massively impressed.

Great Customer Service

We've had a ground source heat pump with Stiebel for over 3 years now. The Technical support team are always keen to help out with any queries and we've not had any issues with the unit itself. Always fun to play around with the settings and then give them a call to ask what we've done wrong! Special shout out to Ben for his help in our most recent adventures setting up peak & off-peak running settings!

High quality product backed up with truly outstanding service. Going well above and beyond what was their strict responsibility to make sure our system was properly commissioned and running efficiently. You can buy their product with real confidence. Was also worried about the potential noise from the airsource heatpump but - besides being super efficient - it is almost silent.
