I recently bought a DCE-X 10/12 Premium from the heatershop and was worried the water heater I got was faulty. Spoke to James on the technical team who rang through some checks, turns out it had be fitted wrong and needed a larger fuse. With this in it works amazingly.

We had trouble accessing the portal to remotely control our heat pump. Ben at Stiebel responded quickly to emails, then phoned me and sorted the problem during the call.

Ordered a Stiebel heater through another company and encountered problems. An engineer was sent within one day of the end of the Christmas holiday period and all problems were resolved. Both customer service and the engineer were brilliant in dealing both with the product and the customer! Top notch engineer both in technical ability and in providing explanations and future advice.

Better and cheaper than Quooker taps. I have purchased a 2 in 1 hot tap from Stiebel Eltron and I love it, makes an amazing cuppa and fits in a kitchen cupboard. 10/10. James from Technical helped me walk through the set up and it works amazingly.
