All good. The application for everything was handled by them, and was very swiftly put through. The fitters came and put up our solar panels just as the scaffolders were finishing up. We haven’t had the electrician here yet to hook everything up, so i can only speak for the fitters so far. They were fast, professional, friendly, and polite throughout the installation. Absolutely no problems, and we would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. From start to finish this firm was amazing. Very professional. From Chris Wain on the phone who explained everything in simple terms so I could understand to the tradesman who turned up to install the solar panels. Such a good team. The job was completed very quickly and very clean and tidy. The electrician Liam was very helpful and answered all my questions. Couldn’t believe how quickly everything got done. LMF is the most well organised company I have ever dealt with, in all my years and I'm 63 years old living in Cornwall and they are based in Merseyside. I enquired online about having solar panels installed, within days I received a phone call asking could their surveyor come to survey the house the following week, on the morning of the appointment their surveyor telephoned to ask if he could come 30mins early, which was fine. The surveyor come from Liverpool and had appointments in Cornwall all week. Days later I received a phone call to advise I would be receiving a document set in the post for me to sign, they arrived and I signed them and returned them via email attachments. Within 30 minutes of sending I received a phone call from the companies installation manager (Friday) asking could they install the panels the following Wednesday to which I agreed. Monday a scaffolding company arrived and erected the scaffold, Tuesday I received a phone call from their installation techs to ask if they could come early, I agreed and he arrived just after lunch and fitted all 19 panels in an afternoon, they also had travelled to Cornwall from Liverpool and had already do one project and had others after mine. On the Friday I received a phone call from their electrician asking if he could come and complete the electricals and wire to the meter this coming Friday, again I agreed. The company works like clock-work and everyone involved kept me informed on every step of the way. I have already recommended this company to every one of my friends and anyone else I speak to. Distance appears to be no problem and they do what they say they do, more importantly they telephone to check if they are ok to turn up. So refreshing from a company in this day and age 😀
