What an incredible service. The peace of mind for not having to do laundry and fold it all is next to none. Allows for more time to spend with the kids and attend to other more important matters. Also, massive kudos to this team. They have returned car keys stuck in pockets, air pods (twice now), and several of the kids small toys. Trustworthy, timely, and highly recommended.

Laundry seemed to be cleaned very well, and smelled fresh. But one of my laundry folding instructions was to keep the socks inside out when folding. Since this wasn't done (possibly just a rare accident), I wondered if my other instruction of washing ALL clothing inside out was followed also (and wondered if free and clear detergent was used as I requested, also). However, this service is still great, and I WILL be using this company again!

The communication about arrival and pick- up is excellent. Love the way you say “ Driver is - - stops away.” Ps. Drivers very courteous! Clothes are VERY neatly folded. This service is helpful. Fyi. As a retired couple, we discussed a revision of budget. When my husband said, “One cut could be with Happy Nest. I (almost) jumped out if my chair - but said. No!!!!!! I’ll give up my manicures - but never Happy Nest. ! So reliable! helpful!

I have a busy household and laundry, is not my thing. I found out about HappyNest online, tried it and have been using this service every two weeks. I love how you can personalize how you life your clothes to be washed, water temp, fabric softner...or not. My clothes are CLEAN. Towels look and smell fantastic. Everything so neatly folded! Please stop allowing your laundry to pile up and spend hours of your precious weekend to laundry. This is my go to!!!

I love this company. On Time clothes clean and neat and prices are right. I just wish that I could communicate to use more more detergent because the clothes were clean they just didn’t have that omg smell
