Just two issues: One, the drivers need to TEXT me, not call, when they need to communicate status or what have you. (330) 310-3982. Second, and this should be rectified following the call I had the other day, the return should be delivered to the security entrance in the right front of the building, not behind the building.

Very happy with my first time service.

I’ve been using Happynest for approximately a year or more, and while the service is convenient, I’ve unfortunately experienced multiple issues. My laundry has gone missing on several occasions, which has affected my trust in the service. Additionally, when delivering my laundry, they often leave it directly on the concrete or grass if I’m not home, rather than placing it on my picnic table, which would be a more considerate option. I appreciate the team’s efforts, but I believe there’s room for improvement in handling customers’ belongings and in delivery practices. I hope they address these issues to improve the service for future customers.

Timely service. Great job doing the laundry

I have to say my experience was totally amazing! I was texted throughout to let me know that I had a pick up scheduled and how many stops were before me and the same when they were delivering my laundry. I had a king size down comforter, 2 king size heavy comforters (1 was an ugg comforter), several tops, pants and a faux fur with silk lining jacket. I was amazed the price was under 100! Everything was folded beautifully and smelled good. I will definitely be using them again!
