I have been using this service for some time, and initially, I was quite satisfied, with only an occasional missing sock. However, after several recent uses, I experienced a significant issue: they ruined one of my undergarments, which now appears cut or torn. When I reached out for support, I was informed that I should not have sent this garment in for washing, despite the care label clearly stating that it is washable. I was advised to use a mesh bag in the future, which has left me feeling confused, as the service provides these bags, yet no prior guidance was given regarding their necessity for specific items. This experience has been disappointing, and I regret to say that I will not be returning to this service. ** it does not suggest hand wash. There is no hand just a tub full with water. Doing research on the symbols and comparing them the follow up response is incorrect. It does however say do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.

I don’t do reviews. But the process was smooth and efficient. My laundry came back perfectly folded and smelled great!
