The HappyNest team is communicative, prompt and provides great service. My laundry is always fresh and in great condition when returned. Highly recommend! Peter and Charlie are two of the nicest people I have ever encountered. They are friendly and accommodating. Feel like I’ve known them for years.

The turnaround time exceeded my expectations. My laundry items were clean, fresh smelling, and folded properly. HappyNest is my new go-to place for having my laundry picked up from my home, washed, dried, folded, and returned to my home. I am so excited about this service!

I decided to try Happy Nest after the coin-op machines in my building were continuously broken. I downloaded the app. Filled in my laundry preferences and scheduled my delivery. They came on time and delivered my laundry clean and folded. Sure I paid a little more, but the service is awesome and reliable. I AM DEFINITELY A FAN!

The website was very easy to use for the first time. However the details of what I wanted my clothes washed with, was not followed. There was a scent to my clothes and I asked for free and clear detergent.Additionally, I had 3 bags of clothes for my first order, there was no way to indicate how many bags were being picked up. I received a message from customer service regarding each bag needed a new account, which didn’t make any sense. The website needs to have a place to show how many bags are being picked up.

So convenient and easy to use. Frees up so much time. The care that was taken was impressive even to my husband. The price is great and worth every penny
