Easy pickup and drop off

I love them. The people are kind, set up is easy, and the clothes are clean (and folded, I never folded clothes). I'm disabled and laundry was starting to get more than hard. Set up a pick up, put a bag outside, they come grab it the next day, drop off clean folded clothes the day after. Finally conquered laundry mountain.

I have been using HAPPYNEST for almost 7 years (back when they were known as Lavo). It was a 3 mos Christmas gift. I'm so glad I continued the service. Gets picked up and returned within 24 hours. Clothes are nicely folded and fresh. I would highly recommendl them.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we weren’t able to set up laundry in our home and had to resort to going to the laundromat. It was always a disaster and we could never get our clothes washed and returned in a timely fashion. I was getting so fed up and didn’t know what to do. I looked up professional laundry services that offer home pick up as a last ditch effort and I came across Happy Nest. At first I was nervous because it seemed too good to be true but let me tell you they have been amazing. I set up a schedule with them and have my laundry picked up every Monday and returned on Tuesday. I could not be happier with them! I truly don’t know what I would do without them.

My experience started with a couple of glitches that were corrected very quickly. Customer service is extremely helpful and efficient in helping to solve problems and my pickup person was helpful in resolving an issue regarding pickup. Most importantly my clothes appear to be clean and folded very nicely. I’ll definitely be using Happy Nest again.

They arrived when promised, returned my clothes when promised. Love that they placed my blouses and pants on hangers. Only negative is that my white clothes were a little dingy.
